Working in mental health as a counselor in training, a magician and a hypnotist has shown me over the years that the best way to ensure lasting change in the people I help is by teaching them the skills to continue their work long after the session.
The Lab is my series of classes where my students and former clients can come to learn the ins and outs of their unconscious mind, their nervous systems and even their spirit to affect their lived experience...and the lives of others.

Higher Power: March 14
Higher Power is a foundational class in learning to sense, cultivate, and direct the subtle currents of power that move through the body and mind. Drawing from Qi Gong practice and the Microcosmic Orbit teachings of Taoist Esoteric Yoga, this class will guide you in developing awareness of the energetic channels within the physical and etheric body, strengthening the flow of vitality through those pathways, and building a stable reservoir of personal power. Through focused exercises and practical training, you will learn how to circulate and project this energy to deepen hypnotic work, enhance magical practice, and amplify the influence you carry into every interaction. The Magical Voice: March 21
Learn how to make every word you speak land with calm authority, seductive presence, and unmistakable power The Magical Voice is a practical class in learning how to wield your voice as an instrument of influence, hypnosis and magic. Drawing from hypnosis, energetic practice, and focused mental training, you’ll learn how to align breath, intention, and presence so that your words land with complete authority and persuasive power.
In this class, you'll learn the basics of your external and internal voice, the energetic practices to raise your power and how to align your mind body and spirit with your words to make every syllable you speak land with calm authority, seductive presence, and unmistakable power

Tactical Invisibility: Mar 28
The world is going crazy right now and frankly, the likelihood that you will need to not be noticed by people who are hostile to you is only growing. Drawing from my decades of experience in the martial arts, military training and multiple magickal traditions this is a stripped down crash course in tactical, energetic and spiritual means of not being noticed. You'll learn the basics of energetically blending with your environment, sewing confusion in the minds of pursuers, spell work to keep criminals (or the law) away and petitioning spirits to keep you remain unseen by your enemies.
Note: This class draws strongly from the foundational energetics in Higher Power And I recommend taking it first
